Real Food For Real People
“We keep our food simple and real. We use extra virgin olive oil, real butter, fresh herbs, plenty of vegetables, and ingredients we’d be happy to serve to our own friends and family. Some dishes are lighter, some are richer, but the goal is always the same: good ingredients, prepared with plenty of flavor and a lot of heart.”

Our Story
Cappellano's is named in honor of two women who taught our family a thing or two about good food and taking care of people: Grandma Mary and Great-Grandma Louisa Cappellano.
Louisa came to the United States from Sicily in the early 1900s and settled in Lawrence, Massachusetts. In our family, food was always at the center of everything we did together. There were chicken cutlets sizzling on the stove, trays of meatballs that seemed to feed everyone, and a big pot of sauce simmering on the stove for hours.
These are the kitchens we grew up around, and the traditions we still carry with us. The idea that good food is worth making well, and there's always room for one more at the table.
Cappellano's Today
Cappellano's was founded by Kim Severino-Ortiz, who brings more than 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels, catering, and event planning. From working in kitchens and dining rooms to coordinating events behind the scenes, she's spent much of her career making sure people are well taken care of.
Today, Cappellano's is a family-run catering business based in Southern New Hampshire. We bring that experience together with a love of good food, thoughtful service, and an appreciation for the details that make hosting easier.
Whether we're preparing lunch for your team or helping with a special celebration, our goal is simple: delicious food, dependable service, and one less thing for you to worry about.
